Gamer Blog Changes

First and foremost - Registration is back online - meaning if you want a 3FS Blog, you can have it right away. The blog creation has been changed to a bit more of a manual process so there will be a (slight) delay in actually getting a blog, but this is to help prevent spam and useless server processing to generate spam blogs!

Also you might have noticed a new gadget on the right bar here on the main blog - this will show the most active gamer blogs on the site - so get blogging boys and girls!
